Are you meeting us at the airport ?
Meet us at Honolulu International Airport 
Hawaiian Airlines Check-in counters - "Lobby 3"
Airport Parking is above Hawaiian Airlines check-in counters. You can enter the Hawaiian Airlines parking structure from 1st floor or 2nd floor. Hawaiian Airlines Terminal floors 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th floor are all parking. Most of time, the 7th floor has open parking stalls. please take a picture of where you have parked.
After parking your car use the elevator to go down stairs to 2nd floor then go to Lobby 3. Remember which elevator you used, floors are differently marked depending on the elevator.
Getting your boarding passes :
At lobby 3, look for Dynamic Tour employee.
Receive your boarding passes and make sure both going and returning boarding passes have your name(s) on them.
Go to your designated gate and board your plane.
Tour guide will be waiting for you in Hilo :
When you arrive in on the Big Island go off the plane, ask an employee for the location of the Helicopter Tour Desk.

Richardson Blacksand Beach - is the only beach in the Hilo area with black sand and frequently visited by turtles.
Historic Banyan Drive - Banyan trees bear the names of famous people who planted them. Famous names include President Theodore Roosevelt, Babe Ruth, Richard Nixon to name a few. Still thrive along Banyan Drive, having grown into a thick canopy, makes it popular for walking and driving.
Queen Liliuokalani Gardens. The park's site was given by Queen Liliʻuokalani, and lies southeast of downtown Hilo, on the Waiakea Peninsula in Hilo Bay.
Rainbow Falls State Park. Waterfall known for it's never ending rainbows.

Actual experience and interaction with the most active volcano in the world at the Volcanoes National Park
Volcanoes National Park, established in 1916, is a United States National Park located in the U.S. State of Hawaii on the island of Hawaii. The Park encompasses two active volcanoes: Kīlauea, one of the world's most active volcanoes.
Thurston Lava Tube approximately 10 minutes or 1/3 mile walk thru the lush jungle and lava tube.
Volcanic Steam Vents. Ground water seeps down to the hot volcanic rocks in this area and returns to the surface as steam. While standing at the Steam Vents, take a good look around. The area between the caldera's edge and outer cliffs of Kīlauea Caldera is a treeless plain.
Thomas A. Jaggar Museum. observatory has a worldwide reputation as a leader in the study of active volcanism which is located at the site. Kilauea Crater. Most active volcano in the world.
Mount Kilauea. Kīlauea is a currently active shield volcano in the Hawaiian Islands, and the most active of the five volcanoes that together form the island of Hawaiʻi.
Kilauea Iki Crater is a pit crater which is still-steaming crater next to the main summit caldera of Kīlauea.

Rain gear is recommended, emergency ponchos are available in a fist size packets in sporting goods stores.
